At SLH, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging and include all assembly hardware and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for large furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
